I love cast iron cookware. I wish more people would get on board cause they have no idea what they are missing!!

Agreed! I use to get those teflon no stick pan, but the no stick coat would only last a year and I'd need to buy new ones. I realized that it was just a ploy to sell more pans. I also think these same pan suppliers actively market to make people think that cast iron is too difficult to maintain when it actuality it isn't.
