take the vinegar minerals, (including the very top most part of the soot, not the very bottom larger particles), and start making gravity by using sugar, then slowly let it caramelize, then before its done, add a bit of water to keep from thickening into hard candy.

Oligosaccharide

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oligosaccharide

Galactooligosaccharides (GOS), which also occur naturally, consist of short chains of galactose molecules. Human milk is an example of this and contains oligosaccharides, known as human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs), which are derived from lactose.

HMOs can also protect infants by acting as decoy receptors against viral infection. HMOs accomplish this by mimicking viral receptors which draws the virus particles away from host cells. Experimentation has been done to determine how glycan-binding occurs between HMOs and many viruses such as influenza, rotavirus, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). The strategy HMOs employ could be used to create new antiviral drugs.

In solution, it can ionize by loss of a proton to produce the lactate ion. Compared to acetic acid, its pKa is 1 unit less, meaning lactic acid is ten times more acidic than acetic acid. This higher acidity is the consequence of the intramolecular hydrogen bonding between the α-hydroxyl and the carboxylate group.

Ringer's acetate may be a better alternative with the lactate replaced by acetate. In Scandinavia Ringer's acetate is typically used.

im still looking into this Niacin toxicity, it appears to do something called Methylation, that Thiamine seems to actually undo.

found a few papers collaborating this, in a round about way, its the sulfur in Thiamine that helps unzip that kind of bond.

it appears Nitrogen & Sulfur need to be at the very exact balance, which Thiamine naturally does, even in its synthetic form.

i have links & notes about it, but its difficult to present everything all together, so its still not for certain.

wife gave me her cold, just started hitting me today, and B1 & the correct minerals do not prevent a cold, so went back to my trusty old vinegar minerals, holding it in my mouth, letting everything soak in, and can feel a difference, like last time i almost got sick, it stopped it completely & immediately, so about to find out if it still works.

my vinegar minerals is the kitchen sink, full bottle of vinegar, tables spoons of all the minerals, honey, vitamins, live probiotics, Niacin ect.. everything i got went in, makes it kinda like fulvic acid.

i put everything all in, as a last ditch effort, and kind of forgot about everything last few months, atcthe beginning it was a bit too hot, but after sitting for months, now its got a new feeling about it.

this is why i wanted to put it all together & cook it down like a bone broth, make the elements break down faster, but just letting it sit for awhile does the same thing.

its like an antihistamine.

and fulvic humuic aciid, its so complex, the microbes dont know what to do, and the body is good at using it.
