Rescue Kitties- Part 1 Amunet
A story a day for our pet family.
Amunet was brought to us by a neighbor. A gentle man, one who was a secret cat lover. He had taken in and care of many cats before and gotten his heart broken. He said this is no longer a time where I can continue but alas, a new kitten has found me. It took him a few weeks to gain the trust of the small baby. Once he did he got it in a box and called me. I jumped in my car and ran to collect and assess the new baby. She was covered in fleas. First a dawn soap bath to cleanse our small body from all those insects. Then she got towel dried. Next we set up food, water, and litter. We have a separate space that allows new comers to acclimate to our busy household of fur babies.
