RE: Just Kitty : Raising kittens from birth - The joys of being a "Crazy Cat Lady"

You suggested that I do not upvote people's replies. That is incorrect.
You posted my steem power balance in response to my explanation about why voting has nothing to do with how much steem power you have. Your assumption was incorrect.

And yes, I have always had a very strong work ethic, if people are voting for me, then I feel it is my duty to continue to produce quality content, and engage with as many people as possible. Even you.

There are plenty of people on the platform who produce an incredibly large amount of quality work. None of them should have to defend themselves for having a strong work ethic.

My neighbours take care of my cats whilst I am gone, if they aren't able to, then I have trusted friends who will come stay at my place or visit everyday to look after them.

Sort:

I make use of my time efficiently. And spend every single minute other than sleeping on steemit.

I don't take the photos with me in it. My mum or my travel friends do.

Yes, I appreciate their help a lot.

Usually 1 or maybe 2 at most.

I admire your patience, @sweetsssj! Not sure if I would have been able to be that cool. You actually didn't have to reply to one single question of these which were obviously intended to challenge you and your work. You are probably the very best content creator on this platform, and nobody has the right to question that.
Money makes people mean and envy kills them.

surfermarly, thank you for leaving me your thoughts. I was honestly devastated to hear about your own experiences with people who viciously attack authors for such irrational reasons. I actually realised that he wasn't worth the time to bother with and that karma would deal with him/her. Turns out a day later his reputation was destroyed.

Anyway, I really appreciate all that you've done for Steemit as well as your contributions which are immeasurable. Often new people join the platform and don't realise the sheer amount of work and persistence that old school authors like you have contributed to the platform, no doubt being a significant part of it's continued success.

I hope that in due time when you are cleared of the negatively so tragically bestowed on you, that you will be coming back because I can't imagine Steemit without you.

I sincerely mean that.

Thank you so much for your incredibly kind words!
You have no idea how encouraging they are to me on days like these. I also believed: "I can deal with it." But then a group of whales even started to flag my content, and I changed my mind.
I took my bags in order to save my reputation since I can't let them tear down in minutes for what I've been working hard during months. You are so right: many people don't see how much effort we put into this platform and that rewards need to be earned not just given.
Probably I'll only take a break and will be back in a couple of months. Right now I don't want to risk anything and also need some time to free my mind and forget about what happened.

Again thanks for your amazing words, you really made my day!!!
All the best to you during the next weeks and months, I'll let you know when I'm back :)
