As we all have witnessed 'When cats would rule the world part 3 has had a lot of visitors. So we (the makers of 'When cats would rule the world) thought it was time for part 4. The most anticipated part. What will happen this time?
Exactly the same but now with even more explosions and more special effects. And of course references to part 1, 2 and 3.
