Hmm a pure black cat is actually quite rare, there is usually a white tuft of fur somewhere.

I used to have a black cat, and it would always trip me out in the middle of the night. It would always be up in a window chilling, and you could see its silhouette. The part that bugged me is that you could never tell if she was looking outside, or towards me, because she was jet black. So sometimes I would stare at my cat and try to see a glint in its eyes and I would guess which direction it was looking, and then I would snap my fingers to see if she turned her head or not, believe it or not I almost always guessed wrong.

haha yeh they can trip you out when they are sneaking about at night!! She pretty much sleeps up against my legs every night! laziest cat in the world I think!
