My post is dedicated to my Rostik, who went over the rainbow last year.
He was almost 12 years old...
For short-nosed Persians, that's a lot.
But for me, that's so unfairly little!.. Oh...
But I want to move on to happy times.
I'll start, perhaps, with the titles my Rostik has won.
It wasn't in vain that he tried so hard!
By the way, Rostik is the only one in Cyprus who is a European Champion!
And also a Double Grand Champion!
So, his titles:
EUROPEAN CHAMPION WCF - ECH (WCF)
DOUBLE GRAND CHAMPION - DGH (TICA)
CHAMPION - CH (CFA)
CHAMPION - CH (FIFe)
This is how many cups with rosettes Rostik received in just 2 days of the exhibition!!!

And now let's go back almost 12 years ago.
My odd-eyed, I've been dreaming of such a cat for a long time.
I'm just very much in love with such eyes!
I can't explain how, when and why I fell in love with them so much.
And this miracle was born from my cats, which I bought from catteries.
My joy knew no bounds!
My sweet boy at the age of 3 weeks.
My photos are not as beautiful as those of the Italian photographer, but even my photos do not diminish the beauty and sweetness of my baby ❤️
But then suddenly, choosing different names, I realized that I could not find a name for him that I liked. Everything was wrong...
And time goes by, and I need to register the baby in the club.
This went on for several painful days.
And then, in one of the conversations on the phone, I told my school friend about this.
And she said: "Call him Rostik"
That's it! My heart responded to this name ❤️
I immediately agreed.
But I asked why exactly like that?
And she answered, because the first 4 letters of the name are from the name of our city.
How did it not occur to me myself?
In this photo, Rostik is 8 months old.
Before that he had not participated in exhibitions. Because I was not going to exhibit him.
Although clubs allow participation from 3 months.
And I was persuaded.
And so the fight for the cups began!
At first, I was very worried about how he would behave, maybe he would get stressed, maybe he would get scared, what if he got infected?????
There were a lot of worries.
Despite the fact that I constantly exhibited my other cats.
But they were from early childhood!
And Rostik was a completely domesticated cat, he never went outside the apartment (except for veterinary clinics)!
But, probably, he was very interested, just like that, to go almost to the adult and adult categories, and even with absolutely no experience!
And that's why he behaved absolutely calmly, relaxed, looked down on everyone. He was very obedient, as if he had been walking the catwalk for 10 years.
He didn't run away anywhere, didn't resist and didn't show aggression.
Not only to judges, but also to competitors.
And during the breaks in the competition, he calmly poses for the Italian photographer.
The color of his eyes is very different from the photo.
His brown is dark brown, and light blue is dark blue!!!
And this is a photo by a German photographer
And a few more of my photos from exhibitions
In the photo below, Rostik is in the center
Rostik's dad
Rostik's Mom
In photos #1 and #2, Rostik's daughter.
Of all his children, only she was born with different eyes.
She has eyes like her dad, unfortunately, and here the eye color is not reflected correctly.

❤️
I miss this beloved face of mine so much...
And great pain...
I promised myself not to cry!!!
But the tears flow on their own...
❤️
Thank you, my dear boy, for being with me!
For the joy you gave me!
For making my dream come true, for your most beautiful eyes!
For your victories at exhibitions!
For trips to other countries, which were only thanks to you!
And if you had not won a single cup at exhibitions, know that I would still love you the same! ❤️
❤️🌈 Sleep well my handsome boy 🌈❤️
What a lovely boy! It's so painful to loose them 🤗 I'm sorry that this has been such a bad time for you
