There are just some photos that capture the true essence of a person, landscape or moment. The pictures in my post fall into that category.
This little darling was one of the many feral cats that frequented my backyard. She had an attitude! She was cranky and had no qualms about letting you know how she felt. How I managed to convinced her to allow this impromptu photo shoot, I will never know.
Can't you just read her thoughts?
"If I close my eyes, she will leave me alone."
She really was a gorgeous cat but just couldn't bring herself to let anyone love her.
Yep, this is exactly how I remember her.

Your feral friend looks like my kitty Shadow except with longer hair. The eyes closed mode also indicates I can't hear you as well ;D
Yeah, I'm sure plenty was running through her mind when her eyes were closed.
It definitely comes across in these photos that she had a mind of her own
