My teenage daughter was diagnosed with lupus last year and may have had it for several years now. She is doing okay this week with no pain or issues thank God. To help her cope with her pain, inflammation before it flares up again as well as helping her with her anxiety etc, I purchased a bottle of cbd oil from Blue bird botanicals. With a healthy diet, exercise and cbd oil, my hopes are to help her heal her mind, body and soul and to be able to rid of this health issue called a “disease”. She hasn’t used it long enough to notice any effects from cbd oil. I tried It myself and I haven’t found myself to feel anything different. Hopefully long term use will help fight inflammation and rid of it.
In this day in age, it seems as everyone has some type of “health issue”. If pharmaceuticals are necessary, by all means use it but there are plenty natural alternatives to try to heal your mind and body and cbd oil is one of them. It may have more effects with long term use or higher dosage. All I hope is that it does help my daughter and others from the pain and issues they endure mentally and physically.

Nice write up! One thing you might try if you’re daughter is not getting relief is different brands or forms of cbds. Have heard from some people they get good effects from some & none from others. I grow my own & get a better effect than most of what I’ve tried from the store, but haven’t tried too many & usually stick to the flower. Have had friends with things like opiate addictions & traumatic brain injury get great relief from my garden cbd, I’m a big believer
