ဒီအေၾကာင္းကို ေျပာမယ္ဆိုရင္ dust vote ကေန စေျပာရမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Dust vote ဆိုတာကေတာ့ ျမန္မာလိုေျပာမယ္ဆိုရင္ အမိွုက္ေပါ့။ ဘာမွ အသံုးမဝင္တဲ့ vote ေတြပါ။ ၀.၀၂ ေအာက္နည္းတဲ့ upvote ေတြကို dust vote လို့သတ္မွတ္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမဲ့ ပိုစ့္မွာ dust vote ေပးတာက သိပ္ျပႆနာမရိွပါဘူး။ vote တဲ့သူေတြမ်ားလာရင္ ပိုစ့္ payout က တက္လာမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမဲ့ comment မွာေပးရင္ေတာ့ အဲ့ဒိ vote က ဆံုးသြားမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အဲ့ဒိေတာ့ 0.01 ထက္နည္းတဲ့ vote ေတြကို ကိုယ့္ဘာသာကိုယ္ မေပးရပါဘူး။ 0.01 ထက္မ်ားရင္ေတာ့ ေပးလို့ ရပါတယ္။ ဒါကေတာ့ CCC ရဲ့စည္းမ်ည္းပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ကိုယ့္ဘာသာကိုယ္ self vote မေပးရင္ေတာ့ အေကာင္းဆံုးပါ။
သူမ်ားကို vote ေပးတဲ့အခိ်န္မွာ 15 SP ပဲရိွေနရင္ေတာင္ မွ ၈၀% နဲ့ vote ေပးဖို့လိုပါတယ္။ Effective SP အေနနဲ့ကေတာ့ 12 SP ပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အရင္စည္းမ်ဉ္းတုန္းကေတာ့ ၁၂ SP နဲ့ ပိုစ့္ ၁၀ ခုကိုvote ေပးမွ ကိုယ့္ပိုစ့္မွာ vote တစ္ခုရမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အခုအခိ်န္မွာေတာ့ မလိုေတာ့ပါဘူး။ MSU ရဲ့စည္းမ်ဉ္းကေတာ့ အနည္းဆံုး ၅၀% နဲ့ vote ေပးရမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
CCC ဆိုတာကေတာ့ SP နည္းတဲ့သူအခ်င္းခ်င္း အျပန္အလွန္အကူအညီေပးဖို့ပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ သူ့မွာ စည္းမ်ဉ္းအခို့်ရိွပါတယ္။
