I am leaving it up to the winners to send to SBI or not. I am still waiting for feedback and answer from #steembasicincome regarding the use of #sbi-skip which did not go away after using it twice in two posts.
I believe sbi-skip just means they do not give you an upvote.
The down other downvotes those who reward others with it. I believe @marbly said the downvote you receive is a certain percentage of the SBI amount you gave. I once checked it but with me it was way higher at that time. I noticed too I had downvotes several days after each other and next for two or three days nothing.
If you ask me it follows a trail and the percentage of downvotes you receive increase.
He will use some list or trace us by the tag or titles we use.
Like said I didn't receive high downvotes in the past weeks as far as I can remember but will check it out.

I have finally been able to "shake" the #sbi-skip tag.
In my post, https://steemit.com/ccc/@freedomshift/weekly-contest-what-does-today-mean-to-you-win-steem-basic-income-sbi-or-incinboost-shares-and-more-ccc-2-40, I used 8 tags to "crowd out" the #sbi-skip tag which will be added if I used just one less tag.
If this solved the downvoting problem, I'll resume sending out rewards to @steembasicincome.
As always, suggestions are welcome.
Thanks for letting me know. I kept giving SBI if you ask me the down over is quiet since a few weeks. Perhaps Justin Sun made him leave? The downvotes received are 0. The hive-166850 pays the contest hosted by @team-ccc I'll check if they received downvotes lately.
