Welcome to the First Cat Cafe in the Philippines!
But first, what is a cat cafe? It's a novelty restaurant whose attraction are domesticated cats which guests can interact with. This is a great opportunity for those who love cats but cannot handle the responsibility and costs of owning one. Cat cafes from other countries have an additional charge for patrons to hang out with the cats. However, Cat Cafe Philippines only require one order per person to be able to lounge and relax inside.
Another bonus is, there's no time limit! Some cafes charge per hour. Here, you don't have to look at the clock.
Cat Cafe Philippines was originally located Guadalupe which opened in March 2014.
For those who will visit Cebu, this place is a worthy visit since it offers a unique experience.
The cats freely roam around the cafe. They also have a separate room where they sleep, eat, play and rest.
There are about 16 cats of different types and sizes, most them Persians.
When we went there, the cats were all well behaved. Some were not interested while some were curious about the human visitors.The cats didn't mind the camera and just continued about their business.
There are books and magazines on racks too. It truly is a very relaxing place.
I didn't really pictures of the food and drinks. They are just average. I went there for the cats. ^^.

The Rules: This is as far as I can remember
- Shoes must be taken off when entering the cat area.
- Hands must be washed before entering and after leaving the cat area.
- Cats cannot be carried, they can be cuddled but should be forced if they resist.
- Sleeping cats should not be disturbed.
- Flash photography is not allowed.
- Children should be accompanied by adults at all times.
I would recommend this cafe to have a new and memorable cafe experience. As you can see, my kids had an amazing time.
