Everyone wants to feel happy,loved and on the top of the world all the time, but it just isn't possible. In life there will be a lot of emotions we experience.In fact, it's quite usual to us to feel our emotion and later, perhaps the same day feel much different.

Mood is more like a state of mind. It's an emotional status of a person. Mood affects the way people respond each other, it depends how a person more affected the situation that he/she may encounter.

Happy, joy and excited are feelings where positivity comes, angry, sad,depressed or all bad emotions comes in when negativity aroused. Even if our mood is negative for a while, it turns more positive again. The main factor in such change is how we have learned to handle our emotions.

There are factors that we can control over our emotions but the most important is our experience. If we were in a positive outlook in life surrounds with positive people even in the midst of adversity. On the other hand,If we live a home with more negative perspective,we have to work harder to have a positive outlook in life.
Our feeling and emotions are the reaction of our thoughts and belief. What we think comes out of how we feel, which affect our behavior.To change our behavior is to change our way of thinking.

Learn to be positive and try to look the brighter side of our life.
