The Dark Chocolate: Daily Celestial Challenge/Monday-Dark

Dark chocolate, bitter or bitter chocolate, is the purest chocolate and is a product made with roasted cocoa, without the addition of milk and with little sugar. The higher the percentage of cocoa present, the better its quality. This type of chocolate is widely used as a base for desserts, cakes and cookies. It also has unique tastes and smells that can be related to the environment where it was grown, it is also very easy to know if there was a good benefit process.

Dark chocolate is very beneficial for human health, because it contains a substance that helps to reduce blood pressure, improves cognitive function, improves cardio vascular pressure and provides UV protection for our skin. This substance is known as Flavonols.

Dark chocolate contains a greater amount of flavanols than milk chocolate, because the greater the quantity of cocoa, the greater the chocolate will be, the amount of flavonoids present. But dark chocolate, being very healthy, brings a lot of calories so it is recommended to moderate consumption.
