THE AFTERMATH EFFECT OF NATURAL DISASTERS
Natural disasters are occurrences no body prays to experience. Natural disasters like the earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, tsunami, hurricanes, tornadoes and so on have wrecked a lot of havoc to many lives and properties.
Many investments and means of livelihood to many have been ruined.

Sometimes I ask myself if anything can be done to stop these occurrences. Although these occurrences are said to be natural but some also result from the over exploitation of natural resources by man. This has kept us in a dilemma. Should man go ahead to exploit these natural gifts from God? If the answer we get is NO, then how are we going to improve in different aspect of life.

For example the exploration of crude oil is of Paramount importance to man, from these we get petrochemicals as raw materials for chemical and industrial industries for the production of different finished products used by man. So you can see we are stuck in a dilemma.

Natural disasters have made life meaningless to many people, it is just unfortunate to the victims. Victims of these occurrences then have no where to start from, because,their houses and means of livelihood have been destroyed by it. So they end up sleeping any where night catches up with them and this is very appalling because they are easily prone to falling victim of other social vices like rape, robbery, kidnap, ritual killings and so on.

Natural disasters have made many lives a hell on earth, I really hope the government can intervene so as to help these victims of such occurrences.

I pray that those natural disasters never happened again,since it effects against humankind is always disastrous
I hope so too.. Because it has really been a threat to humanity.
