Being a decentralized blockchain means that there is no central Hive authority to "speak to".

It is not impossible to go from a negative score back to a positive score. I just upvoted all of @madam-ak's posts from the last week and it looks like that took the reputation score up 0.02 points. A few whale votes would bring the reputation score back to a 1. The problem is another single whale downvote can erase all the progress made by smaller account votes.

The easiest and quickest solution I know of is @madam-ak can start another account on Hive. When new accounts are created they begin with a reputation score of 25. Short of creating a new account @madam-ak would have to avoid more downvotes and work to get from -1 back to the 25 score the account started from.

I saw the reply from @iqraali88 to your post after my last reply. HiveWatchers did blacklist @madam-ak's account at the end of December last year. Rehabilitating that account back to a positive score seems unlikely based on that.
