Making tiles -very interesting and exciting thing! Especially, if you know what you're doing up tile from a distant 15th or 16th century. Gently, carefully, thoroughly denting the clay on the form, so as not to hit the air, do not be left empty by the clay, complete this process, floating the back surface, removing excess of material. And, after a few hours, you can remove the tile from the mold, to put it in the gypsum board to dry completely. Then it will go to the firing to reach maturity ceramic, become solid. Two layers of glaze on the fired tiles, one more glaze firing, and it turns out that's a beauty - ready to tile)
