Wellness must be linked to physical health which is achieved through good nutrition, exercise, rest enough, take enough water which helps eliminate toxins, when this is part of your life you can feel balanced and full of well-being.
Mental health refers to how the stress of everyday life is handled in its different scenarios where it develops, and how to solve problems in a satisfactory and healthy way. The lack of mental health means that the vital balance and objectivity of the well-being of one's life are lost; To achieve good mental health It is recommended to exercise to lower stress levels, to live with family and friends, not to lose the goals that have been drawn and try to make them to get a good emotional balance.
