How lovely the decor is @holdonla. I don' drink spirits, so I wouldn't know how it is supposed to taste. I don't think I've ever heard of lemon flavored beer.
I'm getting ready for the Christmas holiday next week. I've pared down my usual activities and allowed my grown children to take over the food preparation tasks. Of course, nothing is ever exactly the way I would do it, but at some point I have to allow them to show me what they can do.
My husband has finished decorating the outside of our home. Not a lot. I won't allow him to climb too high on the ladder. But our reindeer and outdoor wrought iron Christmas trees look lovely.
I'm not expecting a large family gathering, so have just been cleaning and preparing to visit my children for Christmas, since they are hosting this year.

It's great to have help and to be prepared ahead of time. In the U.S. retailers start as early as September with preparations and everything one needs. If you get an early start, you won't have to rush this week and avoid the large crowds, that I hate when out shopping.
