Being a crypto investor, the primary question is how do set up a good crypto portfolio for oneself. It's really important to diversity risk and maximise your profitability. For me, I would try the follow the one below to set up my own portfolio:
Bitcoin(reserve currency, digital gold)
40%
Ethereum(Crowdsale platform, smart contract)
30%
Ripple(international bank cooperations in overseas transaction) 10%
Litecoin 10%
Dash + Zerocasb + Monero (Anonymous coin)
10%
5%
New ICO coins (some ICO coins have great potential and can rise a lot)
So what's your own altfolio?
Mine is
Bitcoin 30%
Ethereum 25%
Dash 25%
Steem 10%
Bitshares 10%
I plan to diversify even more because I think some of the up and coming altcoins have massive potential! You've got to be in it to win it and we're at the beginning of MASSIVE growth in many of the altcoins out there!
Good luck to everyone! TO THE MOOOOOON
2-10% New ICO that have potential (STEEM, GOLEM, BAT)
30% Ether
30% Btc
5-10% Ripple
10-20%, yes I consider this part of my portfolio, Mining rigs/contracts. You may disagree, but the simple fact is they diversify further as they help against stagnation and have a decent ROI as of now
10-20% in day-trading/speculation/whatever
My cypto Portfolio
Ethereum 50%
Litecoin 30%
Ripple 10%
steem 10%
Note: I have exit Bitcoin cos of unthinkable high fee per a transaction.
In my opinion is even better if you can invest into more coins. Your selection is quit good but i think many important future players are missing, IE Steem, Nem, Sia, Stratis, Zcash, Icn, Ardr.
Thanks for sharing, my plan would be to be involved to as many different currencies as possible. However, what kind of wallets would you suggest?
