It is cooked between two plates of semi-spherical cells to become a spherical egg-based waffle.The egg waffle can be served with different flavours such as chocolate, banana and even cookies. It is the most popular snack in Hong Kong. Many tourists would try this when they come to Hong Kong and most of them would love egg waffle when they tried it. Nice sharing! The egg waffle is really a very local snack in Hong Kong. I remember I can even buy it on the street when I was a child. But nowadays we can only find it in the shop. Although the price go up so much, but the taste is still so good!
