Ever saw nsfw on your steemit settings and asked, What is NSFW?

NSFW is shorthand tag for Not suitable/safe for work . I specially love when it reads "Not suitable/safe for work or NSFW" because some people that I know have already quit their job for steemit. Lol. Well as you may know, many graduates in Africa don't make up to $10 in a day, but that's absolutely possible on Steemit. Long live steemit.

, NSFW is used to mark URLs, hyperlinks or steemit post which contain nudity, intense sexuality, profanity or disturbing content, ponographic content which the viewer may not wish to be seen accessing in a public or formal setting such as in a workplace or school.

In Your settings section on Steemit this picture below

once you click on that, you'll see these 3 options

  1. If you choose the first option "always hide", steemit.com will hide all sexual contents from your feeds.

  2. Choosing the second option "always warn", steemit will let you see sexual feeds , but will hide the content, until you click on it.

  3. "Always show option" will show all kind of phonograph contents, without warning.

so choose wisely
