Right now there's only 2 ways I know of:

Using the command line wallet (on a linux server) to issue the commands.
Use Vessel, a Desktop Wallet I built. I'd recommend using going to the Releases Page on github to get the newest version which fixes some of the bugs in the version linked from that post. Direct link here.

It's not something easily available for most users at this point and is still somewhat confusing :)
