Trial training. I feel that the hellish month begins ...
Squats with weights: the load is regulated by the number of repetitions, rest between sets. In general, 40 minutes.
It was very difficult to go for a run. As well as assumed - legs were hammered on the first hundreds of runs ... often took a step, but convulsions could not be avoided. Knowing what the mood will be for me, I took a portable makiwara into my backpack - tied it to a tree and took my soul.
I did not go home, but crawled.

Breakfast salad and protein cocktail. For now.
