How is your friday? I guess friday is always a great day for everyone, because it is weekend! π
I finished bodyboss challenge pre-training week 1 today, and it felt good! I can already feel my body strengthening π I cannot imagine how my body will looks like, when I at my 12 week. π EXITING!

Bodyboss challenge
Today I had 6 minute Power-Up workout, with Nouga (the dog) π πΆ Fridays are Power-Up Workouts which is a short but mighty 6 minute workout and works every muscle in the body. The workouts only consist of four exercises that you cycle through. I love that the training Itβs short and sweet, but the increased intensity makes it powerful.
I will from now on update you weekly, how my bodyboss challenge is going, and show some before and after pictures. π
Great work! Exercise is so important. Its easy to take a day off and before you know it you skipped a whole week! Stay strong and think about how amazing you will look and feel after 12 weeks -- than imagine the results you will achieve in a year. I can't wait to see your results. Keep it up!
Aww! Thank you @bek I needed that π It is definitely easier to just do nothing, but it will be harder in a long term. I will update you and I also canΒ΄t wait to see my resultsπ

Amazing work! I have done so many courses in becoming fit and personal training and things like that but still have no motivation. Any tips??
