RE: "Go Beyond" Challenge #1 - with @evecab

in #challenge7 years ago

My greatest weakness is not being deliberate about my dreams. Over time, i've been a man of so many words and little action. Laziness, procrastination, and other distractions have really made me mess up amazing opportunities i had to improve my life.

I plan and set goals lot, but end up doing nothing towards achieving them. I don't take conscious efforts towards achieving my goals, and this has been my greatest weakness since teenage-hood. I've always wanted the easy life with no stress, wanting to get rich without working hard for it. I learnt to discard such mentality the hard way, by losing so much money in ponzi schemes and betting sites.

This year, i strive to push myself as far as i can and make up for the errors i made previous years. I'll make sure i do as much as i can to overcome distractions by jumping on every life developing opportunity i come across.

Thank you @futurethinker for this platform. You're gold, and i admire what you do.

Those get rick schemes are the one's that victimized us too. Sad to say I did experience that before around the middle of the year. If you are familiar with Ethrade.com that is the site it shut down leaving it's investors crying.

That is my wake up call! Although there are some who got lucky on it real success means that you (that includes me as well) should work hard for it just like here on steemit.com we need to develop a good sense and be consistent if we want to hit bigtime and reach our goals in the end.

Let's strive together towards a better 2018! All the best and you have my "vote"

Thank you bro. It's good we have a new mindset now. Nothing comes easy. We all gat to work hard and build a brand to be successful. It's never too late.

I agree with you. Success doesn't come easy unless you get some inheritance, but that is not really success.

We can't do anything about our mistakes, but just move on and make sure they never happen again.

Thank you for sharing this. Respect for being honest to yourself.

Nothing in life comes easy, and even the biggest millionaires worked hard to get where they are. I'm glad to see that you've recognized this and are working on making a change. Good luck with everything and thanks a lot for this entry!
