The only kind of sugar i still eat is from whole fruits and berries. Though i also limited those. They are okay to eat in moderation, because the fiber in it slows the fructose down when entering the bloodstream, thus not spiking blood sugar levels as drastically. I f you are interestet in the topic, i really recomend watching the documentaries, they are such an eye opener :)
