What a better way to spend the Saturday evening, if not together with 50 thousands smart people, defending the democracy in Bucharest, the capital city of Romania?

PS: According to a respectable local news site, 70 thousands marched today in Bucharest, to protest against the latest government moves that would put the justice system under political control.

last time i was in Romania, was in 1994.. The world has changed so much since then.. Brave people in the rain, i can respect that.. Followed, and upvoted.. Please follow back.. :-) have a nice day..

whats going on there ?

Every protest I've been too, I always think: When are we going to asking for change, and start creating it? The people are the power, we need to stop giving it up to a few people, who only become corrupted by said power.
Time for a decentralized system of power.
That being said I think protesting is still very important. Really helps to bring people together who see the issues, and want something done about it.
