Negative thinking is a bad feeling. It is a thought p[rocess where people tend to find the worst in everything or reduce their expectation by considering the worst possible scenarios. In this approach can always the disappointment in some situations: but negative thinking tends to manifest into a pattern that can cause tremendous stress, worry, and sadness over time. "Some people think all of this snow is pretty.I think it just ruins everything. you can't get to work, you have to shovel, and you can fall and hurt yourself" this is an example of negative thinking.
According to the researcher, When people are instructed not to think about a specific topic, it makes it even harder to get that topic out of their minds. It can be unpleasant and counterproductive and in some cases.Negative thinking will never produce a positive result so that change your thinking then you will change your life.
