Change or Transformation

What works sustainably and brings pleasure, enthusiasm, and sense of meaning in an organization? 

Change or Transformation? 

Let's see what CHANGE is focusing on.  CHANGE is about doing something else that is visible and often stays in the layers of  'Personica / Ego'.   You will expect something from another person (s) in your area, in the  organization you work for, in the sports club where you are, in politics, society, culture, religion and so on.  CHANGE often comes from outside and has to do with manipulation, power, control, pride, courage, maneuverability and grip.  

Sorry if I'm a little negative but that's to make the difference clear between CHANGE and TRANSFORMATION .  In particular, research yourself how you look at it, it's just shared from my experience and experiences.   How can you be yourself if you are in a habit expected to change?  That gives pressure and stress!  People feel maneuvered in a box, and set down a ROL that is expected of them.  Our birthright is to be free and move to what we feel well in connection with each other.  From that connection, we can establish the relationship with a higher goal in the organization or your own company that benefits you, your beloved friends and family and society in general.

Transformation is the road to a sustainable and authentic organization 

TRANSFORMATION comes from within, from your Authentic SELF .  Find the answers in touch with your inner. Listen to your heart and your inner voice.  What does it tell you?  What about your values, your passion, your talents, your ambitions.  Who are you when you are silent?  TRANSFORMATION is sustainable and gives energy, pleasure, sense of sense and a sense of freedom and can be who you are .  If you grow from there, you can be who you want to be in contact with yourself (higher self).   

Transformation is for many new and sometimes scary, threatening or confrontational.  Why?  It is not yet visible!  You'll first have to let go of what is and open up for new possibilities.  It often feels insecure.   Right in touch with your inner mind, you will become aware of your  (think) patterns, limiting thoughts and roles that you put down ( EGO ).  Only when that awareness grows you can go to the core where your AUTHENTICITY is located. Coincidences become SYNCHRONICITY .  These are the signals and messages that have that 'AHA' moment.  You get meaning to solve something or make choices that make you grow.  Suddenly you get clear moments and your path is lit in life.   Now, the things you do are more self-evident and you are more in your  power and there is less or no judgment about someone or the situation.  There is more acceptance and action from within you.  You can connect much more to your HEART and then to your MIND .   It all sounds easy and that is certainly not the case.  It's not about stepping into the elevator and speeding quick to your 'desired reality', the floor where you want to be.  It tales time to climb the mountain, step by step and skipping nothing.  Occasionally you encounter obstacles, difficulties to overcome, making you more aware of your way and why you want to walk.   TRANSFORMATION is also especially enjoying your way because "YOU ARE ALL GOOD AS YOU ARE" and you may make mistakes, in a sense you are already perfect.  So for all the perfectionists among us, "LET GO and Enjoy the ride" and give yourself the space to be able to stay in touch with all the beauty around you.  Wondering about the little things that bear so much value and say THANK YOU for what you've already achieved.

Attention to each other 

 Do you want TRANSFORMATION in your organization to leave the grip on change and give space to "Authenticity."  Let people move from within to listen to each other without judgment and to share with each other what is at there Heart .  Let there be space and attention to emotions that are in the way and feelings that give fun to work.  Connect this in relation to the ambitions in the organization or your company.  It must be an interaction.  Let Managers exchange equivalent to employees and put there EGO in the fridge .  In this way, there is more confidence. 

Bring inner values

and talents together for each individual.  Focus on the strengths of the staff and provide space for CREATIVITY and CO-CREATE with an authentic message that is attractive to the internal and external environment.   Observe what you get back for this ATTENTION .  What is your PROFIT ?  Return on Attention = ROA
