Common Questions about Change Bank ICO

in #changeincoming7 years ago (edited)

I been following the telegram chat group for Change Bank and there seems to be a few typical query that people are asking. These questions have been asked plenty of times on the telegram chat group that I thought I can just write a simple Q&A here so that we can refer new investors to this quick note:

1. Why is there a restriction on investors from Singapore, Estonia and US?

The Change Bank management has been advised by their legal counsel to put such an advisory on their website for investors from Singapore, Estonia and US.   The Change Bank recommends people from these jurisdictions not to participate, but people participating from these jurisdictions are personally liable for participating if the corresponding government finds it illegal to participate.

2. What is the Minimum investment?

The minimum investment for Change Bank ICO is 0.5ETH

3. What will happen to CAG that are unsold?

CAG coins are minted simultaneously as ETH are contributed to the smart contract. So there will not be any unsold CAG. Total CAG sold to investors is determined at the point of sale and at the end of the main sale.

4. What is the Total supply of CAG tokens?

The total CAG tokens sold to public represent 40% of the total CAG supply. So at the end of the main sale, we will know the total number of CAG minted. This is determined by 1 ETH = 500 CAG plus any bonus CAG generated during the sale.    The "total CAG sold to public" / 0.4 = Total CAG supply

5. When will CAG be listed on the exchanges?

From the telegram chat group, the current estimated timeline is 1 to 2 months after the end of the main sale.

Some of these queries can be easily found in the whitepaper so before anyone invest, I advise that you take a read of the whitepaper and evaluate the pros and cons of this ICO before buying. The white paper is pretty comprehensive and written with the layman in mind. It will probably take 30mins to read through the document.
