Hello Steemians. This is Samantha Ysabelle Dungca sister of my friend. Ysabelle was diagnosed after a month with a congenital glaucoma which the high fluid of the eyes damaged the optic nerve. This is a rare condition that needs an immediate Transplant. Dra. Patricia Khu of Philippine General Hospital explained that this caused of incorrect development. 
Dra. Khu will conduct the transplant however the family of Ysabelle needs to prepare 200,000 pesos for her each eye. 
The first time I saw this, I sent a private message to my friend. I really want to help and by making this post is one of my way to help to raised funds. I promised to my friend that the liquidation of this post will be donated for her sisters operation that will be held by the end of the month or the first week of June.
Today we would like to knock on your heart to raised the funds for the operation.
