Celia is an energetic, kind, loving 4 year old girl, who was recently diagnosed with Brain Cancer. She has endured a huge (and risky) operation to remove the tumor from her brainstem.
Even though the surgery went really well, the diagnosis is terrible.
Celia has been diagnosed with DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma), a rare and incurable cancer, with a median survival rate of only 9 months.
Celia is currently receiving radiation therapy, which is known to work for a matter of months, but then the cancer returns.
It was Celia’s family's plan to live, work and study in Europe in 2017. Celia, her parents, Pete and Bill, and her sisters, Dot and Nola, have been really looking forward to this year in Europe. However, the recent diagnosis has all but extinguished this plan.
Bill and Pete would dearly love to still take their beautiful daughters to Europe this year with the aim of making a lifetime of memories in just a short 3 months.
With dreams of chasing elves in Iceland, climbing the Effiel Tower in Paris and visiting Disneyland. Celia’s hope of realising this dream rely onyour generosity and help.
Please donate generously to Celia’s cause, your donation will help Bill & Pete to bring some much needed smiles to their daughter/s faces.
