Bow-tie Chicken Lasagna
1 lb of boneless chicken diced
16 ounces of Bow-tie noodles
4 cups of Mexican Shredded Cheese
Fresh Mushrooms
1 24 ounce jar of Spaghetti sauce
4 Tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
Dice up your chicken
Partially Cook your bow-tie noodles as directed on the box
I bring the water to a boil and cook them for 4-5 minutes as I want them to partially cook through before being added to the pan to bake.
Layer your ingredients like you would a lasagna made with lasagna noodles
Layer your bow-tie noodles, dice chicken, mushroom with a thin layer of spaghetti sauce, top it off with 2 tablespoons of Parmesan Cheese and 1 and 2/3 cups of Shredded Cheese
Repeat the layering process
Repeat the layering process, adding an additional layer of noodles to the top before adding some additional spaghetti sauce. (Do not add the last 1/2 cup of cheese that will be added in the last 10 minutes of cooking)
Bake @ 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
Remove and add last 1/2 cup of cheese
Bake an additional 4-5 minutes till cheese is melt.

I haven't made lasagne for ages. Must do some.
PS: wish my oven looked that clean!
It is brand new is why it is so clean. But I am also trying to keep it that way.
I see different dishes day in day out, and I'm always wishing I could prepare them.
And when my wishes aren't coming to fulfilment, I start pondering on how to have a taste of them
Great idea!
Never thought of making a lasagna type thing like that, I always cheat with ready made ones, because, to much trouble to cook from scratch
This looks like a great alternative, might give it a try sometime 🤗
This looks like a great idea! Ill have to try it!
