Big Brother Little Brother of Greater Chattanooga goes to Camp Chambless swimming

So here is another adventure I had with my "little brother" Xavier. He is 13 and can swim. We have had trouble finding activites he's comfortable with. He couldn't standup on the paddleboard. He couldn't mountainbike the trail. He didn't like hiking. He's had limited time outside and his main activities are video games and drama club besides school.

So I take out my little every couple weeks for an adventure. This time we went to the house I grew up in and had a blast wrestling toys and splashing around the pool. Hadn't played like that in years....

We have a giant toucan in the pool. Its quite a challenge to jump on

Its amazing to watch a kid have fun. It was the first time he had been in the pool all summer in town. He had been to Florida for the first time and swam in a pool there this summer, but feels good to post about seeing kids happy and enjoying life like they normally do not.

We had a great time swimming

Hope everyone takes a little time away from their schedule to help someone else. Its always a little bit of a hassle and challenge to find something we both can do but we had fun playing like kids today in the pool.
