NIGER DELTA YOUTH FOR CREATIVE CHANGE (NDYFCC)
INTRODUCTION:
Niger Delta Youth For Creative Change (NDYFCC), is an NGO with a team of experts and facilitators that is based in the Niger Delta of NIGERIA... We Niger Delta Youth For Creating Change (NDYFCC), are open to any governmental bodies and any parastata for sponsorship, since the program to be run by the organization is completely free of charge for participants.
AIM/OBJECTIVE:
The aim/objectives of this organization is to acquaint the Niger Delta Youth with craftsmanship/skills in both vocational and IT/technical courses.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT :
Niger Delta Youth For Creative Change (NDYFCC) is geared at bringing up our youths in the Niger Delta region with skills and craftsmanship that will enhance their lives in various ways; though time past, there have been various youth empowerment programs held in different states of the Niger Delta region that have really touch the life of the Youths, but this is not enough as there are more Youths and new ideas to be impact and we deemed it necessary for them to take advantage of the program since it will better their lives with some skill that are related with what we have in most tertiary institution. With our team of experts dishing out so much, our mission is to achieve a desired goal. Again this program is a result of the past unrest and other related crime/restiveness in the Niger Delta that have set the region in chaos, but with the emergence of amnesty for peace in the region and indeed Nigeria at large, we the team at NDYFCC will want your prestigious office to come in full support of this organization and to be our reliable PATRON(S), since Award of Excellence will be given to you (our Patron) by the organization and Youths/Students that will be graduating from the program.
This is a fight for the Niger Delta child, this is our future, lets make it bright.
MISSION:
Our mission at NDYFCC is aimed at seeing our Niger Delta Youths achieving a desired goal in life. We the team at NDYFCC sees this as a call to duty without rest until our Youths/Students become independent experts, facilitators and professionals.
VISION:
Our vision is to raise at least 75% of our Niger Delta Youths to standard vocational IT/Technical professionals in 10-15years to come. This is because we believe in the future of our Youths, we believe in changing the statuesque, because we see greatness in the eyes of our Youths and we believe to accomplish this in the nearest future, and with our innovative formula/standards, we can achieve anything.
NOTE:
This program is not for rehabilitating youth alone, but for countless of Youths in the Niger Delta regions that never had the opportunity of attending higher institution and or any past empowerment programs. Also note that, the program will run across the states of the Niger Delta respectively.

These causes are to run within the period of 3 weeks minimum and 3 months maximum on the time table of the course tutors.
FEASIBILITY STUDY/BUDGET FOR BAYELSA STATE AND RIVERS STATE SKILL ACQUISION PROGRAM:
The feasibility study includes the working materials/equipments for both implementation of the program and take home materials for participants after the end of the program with certificates

We will train one hundred and fifty (150) Youths for Bayelsa State and 150 person in Rivers State respectively which will multiply the budget below by two (2) 24,409,000 x 2 making it 48,818,000 for both states respectively. This includes the commutative for practical.
What the program entails
The program entails that, each graduating Student or group of graduating student must go home with various working equipments to enable them worked and practiced in their various home/place. Since the program is geared in training them with skills that will enable them to be independent in their various field of studies, we deemed it necessary for them to have such equipments/tools to help them practiced at home while seeking proposals for jobs.
For those graduating from WEBDESIGN/3D-ANIMATION DESIGN, PROGRAMMING, INCIDENT HANDLING, COMPUTER APPRECIATION/ DESKTOP PUBLISHING AND COMPUTER ENGINEERING/MAINTENANCE etc will go home with a computer set (DESKTOP) after a successful completion of the program with a student having successfully design and host a complete page website that we can access, before a Certificate of Participation with the working tools can be presented to those in web design/3-D animation design. Also for those in programming/incident handling, will design programming software and show tremendous skills in network protection in fighting cyber crime, for them to be given a certificate of participation. Then, those in computer appreciation/desktop publishing will have to show a strong secretarial values and office files documenting for a certificate of participation to be given to them. Also for the computer engineer/maintenance will have to fixed all computers with one problem or the other regards repair and maintenance with rigorous practical’s for a certificate of participation to be issue to them on completion of the program.The program entails that, those student that will be graduating from the department of solar power energy, solar power street light, solar power borehole electrical installation and inverter power etc will go home with all necessary tools/equipment and components that makes up a complete set of solar power energy and others mention above after a successful completion of either of the above mention source of energy in all ramification, then a certificate of participation can now be presented to them.
The program also entails that, those students that will be graduating from other department such as Catering/Hotel MGT etc, will also go home with every necessary materials needed for them to work practiced and work effectively in their various field of studies
NB: No participant or group of student goes home with any money or fund as this is not part of our plan for youth empowerment, but to give them a tool of independent (SKILLS) for them to hold unto in the future to come, that goes with rigorous practical’s
