I'm not expert with morning glory. Have you tried things such as making spraying liquid with a mixture of chili, garlic, ginger and other plants containing a natural pesticide (cayenne pepper, )? You could use water or leave the ingredient to macerate in oil.

I've been once advised to look at local plants that are bug-free, especially aromatic ones, and use their leaves to make a pesticide.
Thank you @quochuy! Tried web dev, not my kind of thing. I can but will take me ages. Lol. Re: my tiny garden, thanks for the heads up. As I live in a serviced apartment with a tiny balcony, I have to check on my landlord if he'd allow to to turn it into a mini jungle. Lol.
