If we will withdraw this money with price of Steem Dollars (SBD)$6.65, we can gather approximately 29 Thousand Pesos. However, last week the patient has a balance 198, 987.84 Thousand Pesos.
The latest report the patient has 300 thousand Pesos balance in the Hospital in Chung Hua not to mention his medicines.

There should be a decentralised crowdfunding charity platform for these cases like "d-fund" or something like a blockchain version of https://www.indiegogo.com .
