There are numerous amount of guides to help people start blogging but if you look at any other person on the platform you just need to sit down and start writing about what you love.
Don't try to copy others. Develop your own style to reel people in.

Dude, you are totally right. People look at it and say to themselves, dang it to hard and quit right away. They need to sit down and do the work. :)
