I went from 270 down to 155. Absolutely shredded - ride a bike - fuck the elliptical machine - put it on a hard gear and go - every stroke is like a crunch / single leg press. Next it's about pull/ chinups - incorporate a crunch / leg raises into each chinups. Pull your knees to you chest as you raid your self up. I 60min ride or 2x 30 a day on the bike. 3 sets of 10 2x daily for 10 days of the chin-crunches and you'll be washing clothes on your stomach.
