My mannnn, thats how you do it. Just spend a few minutes a day at it, I started writing goals down more than a decade ago, it changed my life :)

And also - there's a Book called "Finding Your Own North Star" that can help people who are Confused about things (and about themselves & What MAKES them Tick ).

Once you've identified your strong pts/weak points, why then u can go to work on yourself better (more intelligently)
