That's one thing I didn't do when I first started was write down my goals. I need to do that for my end of 2018 goals so that way I can start working towards achieving that goal.

My mannnn, thats how you do it. Just spend a few minutes a day at it, I started writing goals down more than a decade ago, it changed my life :)
And also - there's a Book called "Finding Your Own North Star" that can help people who are Confused about things (and about themselves & What MAKES them Tick ).
Once you've identified your strong pts/weak points, why then u can go to work on yourself better (more intelligently)
I'll be sure the check it out one day.
