What helped me a lot getting my six pack finally was an extreme low calorie diet for a recent time (about 2,3 weeks)
Then reduced carbs consumption for another 3,4 weeks.
Make sure your calorie deficit is high enough, leave out carbs oder fat, consume enough protein, hit your abs fu*king hard.
Had my best results with these tips ;-)
That's the thing, I don't diet at all. I do eat pretty clean most of the days but I still love my burger and fries. Maybe I'll include a salad or two lol

The right diet is the key.
Didn't gave much importance towards diet as will until last year.
When I started I've directly noticed better results.
There are enough months where you can have your fast food meals.
1,2 months clean won't kill you.. Hehe
