I recommend booking a session for at least 90 minutes if the place near you offers it... I've done it a few times and felt that it took at least 60 minutes for me to feel comfortable and accept that I'm in there haha. After the 60 minute mark is where the benefits really became apparent for me. The more I go though, the easier it is for me to get in headspace I want to be in.
I like the room because the pod feels too much like a coffin to me.
