What's Up STACKERS!
Writing down what you want to accomplish is the very first step you should do in the morning (actually getting a cup coffee, more like three that is ☕☕☕😅) in having a very productive day.
One of my mentors Jim Rohn said it many times, spend a few minutes a day and always write down your goals so you can really actually visualize them. Once he said that, I've been writing things down for almost 20 years, physically and mentally. 📝
Most people will think writing goals down is meaningless but they are missing the point. Throughout history of successful people, this simple technique made them who they are today.
Many people will say that they won't have time to do it, give me a break! Writing down some goals down usually takes about 5-10 minutes to do. * The picture above took me 11 Minutes because I wanted to make it all pretty for your guys today. 🤣
I'm just going to lead by example.... While most people are still focused on short term goals, I'm already planning my February Steem Goals this morning. 🗓️
What do most winners say? "You always want to be 10 Steps ahead of the competition and thentotally dominate them". 🏆
So check this out, here are my "February STEEM Goals"... the reason why I did this is to show people how simple and easy this is. Everyone can do it.
- Reputation 70+
- Earn Over 1000+ Steem
- Steem Contests
- "Stackin" Challenges
- Steem T-Shirts Giveaways
Most of you should know me by now, I like to set the bar up high so I even made a sections called "Extra Goals". These things will be done daily and weekly. Comment over 100+ posts/day, Blog 1-2 times a day Minimum, and support the other apps like dMania, dSound, and Dtube just to name a few.
Easy Peasy, Just look how simple that was! It only took a few minutes out of my day and now have an awesome roadmap to follow for the whole month of February!
So many people are still focusing on January goals (I doubt many people have any at all 🙇🏼 ), I'm already done with that and have a huge advantage on people who just "Go Blindly" everyday not know what to do on Steem.
I hope this really helps many of you out, especially to the thousands of new people coming in everyday. Yes, Steemit is hard, if it wasn't... everyone would be Killin' it.
Like I said it many times over, if you don't stop you will find success... just don't give up and have a little fun while doing it! 😎

yeah you’re so true! I’ve been talking about my goals with my friend and the first thing she asked me was:”Did you wrote them down already?” I said no.. and now I still have to do it. It’s the simplest thing to do (writing down your plans) but still, why can’t some people manage to do it? lol.. But thanks for the reminder! This helps me a lot!
True story, it usually just takes about 5 minutes a day. People can start slow and just write down 2-3 things a day and once they start doing it, they become better at it. Always appppreshhhh your comments Bossman!

steem it's great and have great future in 2018 also many people make great profit from sbd it's increase to 15$ one day at bittrex i believe this year it's year of steem
This is the year it's going more mainstream that is true! My friend told me about it in late December and that seems to be the point where most newcomers joined in December/January. Looking at the increase in post rate on this service I wouldn't be surprised if it 10X increased in traffic at the end of 2018. So really a good time to invest early in building a solid reputation!
Hopefully this Steemit website will scale well and that the system will work great even when more people join in. If not then I'm sure in a few years time we will have improved social media services that will try it one more time. But the blockchain technology is here to stay that's for sure. But mainstream adoption will probably take between 5-10 years. Since if we tell our friends about it right now they are highly skeptical about it. But once inside they start to see the benefit rather quickly with trading value between users quickly!
And if traffic would 10X increase I wouldn't be surprised if SBD went up to $100 in value!

Seriously though, these are awesome goals to shoot for and it's amazing what happens when you actually write things down.
I know it sounds like some crazy science fiction law of attraction stuff, but it works. I've been blown away at what happens when you write down your goals and work towards them daily.

Attention is the key in life. When we write down things we pay attention and our RAS (reticular activating system) focus in on that and we only see more of what we think and focus on. Because our brain starts to focus in on what we perceive has value to us. So when you write things down it helps you to focus.
Anything you pay attention to enough time will eventually yield to you. What we are seeing with services like Steemit is the power of the human heart to wanting to create something that works better in the world than the old outdated ancient systems.

Great approach dude! I remeber years ago I never planned a thing and I thought that if I just go with a flow everything will be fine. Then one a year later I realised that I was all over the place and had nothing significant achieved, no project accomplished. Then I understood how important is writing everything down with your own hand on the paper (not even on the mobile etc.) and I changed the approach completely. Having no plan sucks and leads to nowhere. Having laser focused goals is the first step. Having the plan how to achieve them is another step. Having the plan split by tasks and scheduled hour after hour in the diary makes it nearly physically real. The last step is just to follow the schedule. Simple, but unfortunatly very few is doing it for themselves. And this is the main reason why they have to follow someone elses schedeule. Cheers!
I fall into that trap also at times, have huge goals then forget about them. These days, I have to write everything down :)

Writing things down makes things clear. The human mind is a funny thing; if it doesn't have the structure then it tends to be much less efficient...
I will keep an eye for the staking challenge. I'm really not used to writing goals but i know its effective. Gives you focus for the day.

I love the part about the coffee, my morning ritual is the same, double coffee and a cold bath, as soon as i get dressed after the bath i'm so pumped up to start the day!

Its not a long list but its a pretty difficult one!
One of which is to make 200-250 comments per day!.. I don't know how far i can keep up with that but and pretty optimistic!
I also intend bringing in atleast 1-2 persons per week!

Honestly my goal that i set on january 1 is to make $2400 to $3000 on steemit before march because i really want to go to a soccer camp in london in march and it one of my goals of the year. A year ago I set my self a goal aswell, and a huge one, that I wanted to accomplish betting on football(soccer), then came crypto, then I found Steemit. LOL, but nothing accomplished yet. XD
