Yeah, it’s one of those damn gym selfies that I like to do from time to time. 🤣
It’s been a while since I did one... some even said that if I stopped working out. That’s not even the case. I’m still grindin!
After hitting my goal weight of 160 LBS in couple of months, I’ve been just maintaining it.
It’s pretty tuff when you’re in the 40’s but I feel and still look like in my 20’s. 😂
Yeah it’s hard but at the end of the day, it’s so worth it.
Oh yeah, This is my first post using Partiko. It’s a great app to use when on the road! Give it a try!

Looking good... lean and mean! I'm still trying to knock off some pounds. Got do it before the prices moon and we get those tendencies to be fat and happy.
That literally happen to me from November - January 😂... I was like forget the gym, order pizza and look at the crypto charts lol

Wow! I've just recently started back on the SteemIt train and I had no idea this app existed. I just started the download. Thanks for promoting it or I would have had no clue. It looks pretty well done.

Aye baby face hey? I recently lost mine with a sudden semi unexplained weight loss, ahh well I had been chubby for years! It feels good to be lean, and actually after I gained a more active state after the unexplained weight loss (figure it was stress related?) it has been a lot easier to maintain with the added energy I now have.
