✴️ Hustle Will Always Beat Talent Alone At The End of The Day... Thoughts? 🤑😎

in #charlesfuchs7 years ago (edited)

“Without any hustle, talent will only take you so far.” ~ Charles Fuchs

Hard Work/Hustle VS Talent... What usually wins? 🤷🏼‍♂️

I wanted to bring you some of my "Thoughts" and "Ideologies" about accomplishing goals that people have in their lives 👨🏼‍💻

Here is the deal, You don't need talent to be successful. There will always be people in the world that are smarter and more talented than us...

You see, hard work is very teachable... skills can be taught... talent is way tougher to teach.

So what should we do? Should we complain everyday? Should we not do anything? Should we just instantly give up?... No, You beat them with "Hustle"!

A talented person who doesn't work hard will never become what he could or was meant to be... so the person who hustles hard will always win.

All that talent in the world doesn't mean Sh*t because people who work and hustle will always beat talent alone because they are learning and crafting their skills everyday.

However there is a catch, people tend to say all the time that they do work hard and hustle... Do they really? There are so many different levels to this.

You can grab 10 people and give them a task, 2-3 of them will always outperform others by doing it faster and better than the rest, why is that?

Well, some people will condition themselves to do things faster and better by having past experiences with tasks they did and applying them to the new task.

That is the reason why I always tell individuals, keep learning new things everyday so you can apply what you learn on the things you do in the future.

Hard work and Experience goes hand to hand, with those two things... failure is not an option.

Don't ever give up on any goals that you want to accomplish in your life Just work hard and never make any excuses... Get out there and let's make it happen.

With that being said Steemians, have an awesome week and I hope my insane mind didn't confuse you at all 😅🤣.

Yes, that is what I am doing. I try to write at least four quality articles every day on Steemit. It takes the whole day to do so. And I am still thinking I could do much more. Every day I try to be a bit more effective. After one year I will have written more articles than other professional bloggers in ten years and I will be proud about 95% of all my content.

Motivation and dedication are key for the work, quality of the content important to gain trust and respect but regularity will make all the difference in the end. I gotta go and write the next article.

That's a true hustle lol.. I do about 1 a day and it takes me about an hour to knock it out. You have the right concept, I would also focus more on building relationships, its called social media for a reason. :)

I like this analogy... mcdonalds have the worse hamburgers ever but they sell billions a day while a mom and pop shop can create the best burger in history and sell a few.

I guess thats how it works but if you have the best burger in town and have huge relationship with the crowd or community, you will dominate.

I always said this, attention is everything in life. :)

Keep on that grind bossman, you'll motivate me to work harder also lol

Right, quantity can make a difference over quality often enough in life. I try to do both combined. My articles are all streamlined. You can see that they are repetitive and made with templates. That is the quantity part. But the also look gorgous, have special unique Photoshop graphics in each one and offer a value that my memory coaching collegues sell for hundreds if not thousands of Dollars. I just create more stuff, more beautifully in a much faster pace. Time will tell how that will work out for me.

The only thing left for me now is to find a balance with this work and create articles that are more personal and videos that will open another layer of scaling for me. So much work but I have wasted enough of my time in the past. Time to lead the pack!

@stackin i like your analogy of mcdonalds and hamburgers and here is the deal: everyone on earth got talent but not everyone succeed with their talent alone but it almost guarantee that everyone that put in more effort to shape their talent surely succeed.

I like the fact that you've got talent and also hardworking and that's why you are succeeding

Thanks @bania! I've been seeing your around steemit, thanks for supporting the community!

Great post!

Your so right about that. If your persistent enough you will get what you want. If you have both talent and hustle your almost guaranteed to get what you want. I think the world is ran by people who just don't take no for an answer.

I Truely respect people who "knows" what I'm talking about, mad respect!

Agreed. Hustle beats talent when talent doesn’t hustle!

I can't argue with that :)

I would say hard work Stackin! As if you are working hard to achive somthing you will then become tala ted at what you may be trying to do! Like blogging, the more hardwork you put in, the more natural it becomes and eventually this becomes natural talant with time! In terms if hustleing if you are stupid enough to be hustled then you didnt put in the hard work not to be! My view ✔💪🇬🇧

You're views and visions are like mine, Keep on Stackin that Hustle lol

Hustle. Then drive to learn. Then refine efficiency.
I hustle from the soul, but just bouncing off the walls isn't worth it.
I'm curious to learn. Hustle in leaning helps me improve a little each day.

I think you're right on. I love to watch and try to learn from you...
On that note, could I ask a question?
You can answer here if you're willing or make a post about it.

What does your steemit routine look like?
How do you get so much done?
I'm amazed by the quantity of connections you're able maintain.

Do you batch all your responses? Set aside time just for posts, then just for reaching out to new people, then just to respond?
You gotta have some flow.
I would be super-curious to learn if you're down to throw some nuggets out.

Cheers Charles Fuchs!

What's up @happymoneyman! I can sit here all day and explain it but there are so many elements involved, it will take weeks. Efficiency is based on perspective, and that's another whole new story lol

Steemit routine, I only been here for about 2 1/2 months and said that I will at least spend 1-2 hours a day, posting, commenting, and things of that sort.

Getting things done is pretty easy for me, I've always worked fast in my life and any task that is givin to me regardless what it is, I tend to do it faster than the average person. Just a built up skill i learned from decades.

For example, if a new social media platform comes out and everyone started at 0, I can easily be in the top 10%, just by doing and brining all my skills from the past i learned. They are all quite similar.

I know the response are basic from me, but I can go for days explaining it... information overload lol

I recommend reading the the 10xrule book... it breaks it down :)

Thanks for the book recommend. I will check it out. I've actually heard it recommended before. Must be a sign.

The guy is @grantcardone, he is a beast :)

"When You Want To Succeed As Bad As You Want To Breathe, Then You'll Be Successful" Eric Thomas One of the best lines I have heard in a while love that speech

Dannnng you busted out Eric Thomas Quote lol ... been following him for many years.

Dude has that passion and hustle :)

Very motivational post @stackin! You make a really good point about the value of hard work. This recently became very apparent to me in my life, and I realized that hard work is so necessary to do well in almost anything, and that shortcuts usually don't really work. The idea that you can suddenly be successful at something overnight is usually not a reality. Okay there are the occasional incredibly talented people, but I think even they have to continually work at it and develop there skills, if they want to stay the best.

Edit: I just noticed that you're a Grant Cardone fan too and a 10x Lifestyle Entrepreneur. So many of his principles have helped me in my business :) As always your posts have inspired me, thanks @stackin and steem on!

You are sooooo right @natashahall, yeah I've been following Grant for like 6-7 years...

His 10x Book is beast! :)

Lol agreed! :D

Get that Hustle Muscle Working!

I better start working out more haha

I really stand firm for you on this quote. I know many people who are talented but not so successful because they do not work hard while others develope new skills day by day and overpower these talents.

That's what I'm talking about, makes tons of sense :)

✴️ Hard Work and Hustle Will Always Beat Talent Alone At The End of The Day... Thoughts? 🤑😎 ....

i'd like to add, ...if only it's in the right direction.

By the way, what if talent shakes hand with the hard work??

I agree with this.

If all you've got is hustle, you could end up running around like a headless chicken.

It's all about "Action" on the forum I'm a member of, but I've always argued the same thing there. Action + Hustle are definitely needed, but doing it wrong can be a problem. ;-)

I know, because I used to "Hustle" at something that went nowhere.

I can see your point, it's also the other way around. haha. People with slow action can take them decades to get one task done lol :P

Haha!

I think there's probably a sweet spot somewhere.

Too much action and not enough knowledge: Headless Chicken
Not enough action, or not fast enough action: Sloth? :-P

You will become great... however most people don't have talent. So what can they do?

Build tons of skills and use hustle along with it, greatness will happen :)

I have been working since I was 15, I don't have much but what I do have I know I have worked and earned it. I have been working a full-time job and a part-time job for over 20 years. I have missed out on a lot of things in life, made plenty of mistakes, but will always push on. I feel you can never and should never stop learning! Stackin definitely knows what hard work and hustle is!

You broke it down like a true champ! I agree, never stop learning... I didn't know how to use steemit couple months ago but I learned it... still learning everyday 🙌🏼

Always gotta have the hustle, but you definitely need talent as well. As I always say, you can polish a turd all you like, but in the end its still just a turd.

Talent without hustle is just a waste of good talent.

Most people don't have talent tho :) ... I think you meant skills, haha.

I agree totally with you that if you work hard and hustle you can get to the top despite the fact someone may be talented. Skills are something which you can learn and you can apply to your life and work ethic. The only thing you need to attain these skills is to work hard and if you are not willing to do it you are most likely not going to be able to find that success that you desire.
Great motivational post @stackin. Always keeping my head up high! :)

Totally agree, people tend hustle outclasses the most talented people. It's not 100% but most of the time. I know tons of talented people just don't even try. However en I see talented people who do work hard, you see "Greatness" :)

G money never sleeps.

That's what I like to hear haha

Natural talent, the stuff very few of us are born with, is hard to beat, especially when you apply hard work and hustle to that talent. Having said that though, very few people have that gift, so the playing field is level as long as you put in the effort and hustle.

There is a great Japanese philosopher who speaks about always putting in the effort. He truly inspired me and I'll tell you about him later. Until then preach on brother!

I can understand that, makes sense.

There are so many talented bloggers on steemit who blogged for years but they are not successful but then there are new people on steemit who never blogged in there lives and they are dominating.

It's very interesting, keep on stackin fellow bossman :)

You should always be the least intelligent person in the room, otherwise you're in the wrong room.

I live by that rule 💪🏼🙌🏼💯

My mannnn 💪🏼🙌🏼💯

This is soooo true!! Your face on this pic too haha!

I need to be more serious lol

Thomas Edison once said, "Genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration."

I believe it's closer to 5% inspiration, 5% talent and 90% perspiration, but we can definitely agree that perseverance is the most important ingredient in the recipe of success.

Dude was a brillant man, he change the world and left a legacy behind... he never stopped regardless of 1000's of failures :)

depends, i wish hard work wins, but probably the talent wins :(

I know a lot of talented people but they don't work hard or even try... so the talent is wasted :)

Hustle will always beat talent. Hustle is your work ethic, your drive, how bad you want it. You are putting all your efforts in. You already know that you are the underdog, so you are going to put in the work.

I couldn't even said it better than myself 🙌🏼

Hustle beats talent when talent doesn't hustle. Don't recall who said that but love that quote.

I listen to a lot of inspirational type speakers and videos and tapes and one thing everyone successful seems to say is that greatness isn't some whimsical quality that just a few of us possesss and most great people aren't even necessarily any more talented than anyone else. They put more out so they receive more and they set higher standards for themselves. Great post!!! @stackin

I think it was gary vaynerchuck but someone probably said it before 😂

It's like how I turn to mush in job interviews.

Someone might have all the competence in the world for the job, but has not the talent to put it across.. & bam! .. out the door! lol!٩(-̮̮̃•̃)

Someone who perseveres with great determination, even when they want to give up deserves to be successful IMO..BUT.. there is still nothing more admirable to me than raw talent.. & there is so much of it here :]
I am happy to of discovered your blog lately!

You have another true follower after that lovely comment 💖

This post recieved a vote from @minnowpond. For more information click https://steemit.com/steemit/@minnowpond/boost-your-rewards-with-minnowpond

Thank you @stackin .... it's great to have a person of both attributes as a follower 💞

You are pretty experiences here so I am happy to learn from you.. & grow.. a person who has both must also have the ambition to prosper and grow , not to sit back when the green light has shone </3... only stays green for so long

Work hard at whatever you're working for. I've never understood the people who go to a job and don't want to do any work. Find a way to just kill time instead of being productive. If nothing else, focused work makes time pass very quickly and I like work to seem like it flew by, not dragged.

Hustle always wins! @stackin, you're like the Pete Rose of steemit, Charlie"Hustle"Fuchs. (prior to the betting scandal, of course)

Best comment of the day 🙌🏼

Hustle any day of the week.

What is talent even lol? Nothing beats will power.

You got that right Bossman 🙌🏼

Agreed!

If you look around the world, you see far more successful "average" and "good" ideas succeed because they were brought to market by someone with drive and determination.

I've also seen lots of "brilliant concepts" stay at the conceptual stage because whoever dreamed them up really wasn't very interested in developing them into something concrete.

That another angle to look at it :)

Hard work will always beat talent, when talent fails to work hard

Another way to say it, still works! :)

You can be the most talented individual and waste it and achieve nothing. Or you can be good at something, work at becoming even better at it. In addition to working your butt off to sell yourself. The latter wins..

You are singing my tune here :)

You gotta have the Hustle if you want the talent to shine. Love your posts and your support!

Let's all start shinin' :)

I think you're correct... trying to have the perfect balance of both :D

YES, A perfect balance but at maximum speed :)

I am still trying to figure this out, usually when I up vote something , I can raise the money by five cents or so, but I just upvoted this and it jumped from $48 to $53.75. I have never seen it move that much. Appreciate you Charles, I am directing more attention to Steemit, thank in part to you.... Thx:-)

What up bossman! There were several big votes right before u clicked it haha.

There is a small learning curve to steemit but once you figure it out, its awesome.

Really nice post bro! Very true. Persistence beats talent all day!

Thanks @michaeldavid, coming from a fellow Entrepreneur :)

Heck yea bro, makin it happen!

You must put in the work. Day in. Day out.

Won't Stop, Can't Stop Attitude :)

A good way to think of it is;
talent + no hustle = no chance of success
no talent + a lot of hustle = much better odds

Great read thanks for the info!!

That a good way to break it down :)

great post! I believe your attitude creates the day... Each and every day. If you are in a good mood, your day will be better. If you are in a bad mood, your day will be worse. It isn't the only thing that effects your day, but it is a big part of it. The mind is a powerful thing. Keep up the great content :)

Hustle. Keep on pushing. Everyone has a different talent level. Set the goal and push through.

Respect the hustle!

Good things come to those who hustle is my motto always! Even when I'm sick I get up and market my business, reply to my clients. No rest for the wicked really lol

hard work beats talent, when talent doesn't work.
