Very nice of you to do this. I have been on steemit for a few months now and have found it very hard to get any recognition at all. I started the Homestead life community and spent a great deal of time helping new people understand steemit and improve their posts.
It has had some effect in the amount of time they spend on steemit, increase quality posts and repeat vote rate on members. My main aim at this point is to increase my SP to have the ability to reward people for good content , I believe with a higher SP I will be able to expand the community much faster and also help to encourage people to do less spamming.
Many new comers come to communities to learn faster and the become better Steemit users
#THL tage page has many very good people/authers on it and I would appreciate you having a look , there are too many to list here, so it would be much simpler to just look on that tag page.
One of the greatest problems is losing good authors due to lack of recognition. If we don't have more people with high SP to reward them we will end up with only very low quality posts, seriously why would someone bother to put effort into their post when they see spammers making more for posting rubbish? Any help you can give me and the good people in the Homestead Life community would be greatly appreciated
