Cheating on your diet never hurt anyone! It's over indulging and eating too much during the cheat meals that ruins diets. The key is knowing that when you do cheat, you are going to have to make sacrifices in your diet later. I've found that as long as you calorie average your weeks and don't cheat so much that you go over your weekly goal of calories that you will still lose weight or maintain a healthy weight! Great post! Ice cream is great, but for me, my cheat is normally pizza!

Absolutely! And this is why we are on a mission to help people understand the importance of living a healthy lifestyle but this doesn't mean its going to be the dreaded average diet where you are totally unhappy with your choices.
