The aerosols being sprayed are "microwaved" by the nexrad radar stations, which depending on the outcome they want it will either rain or stop a storm.
What angers me so much is that this technology has become weaponized. They are creating all the floods destroying the heartland.
This technology could have saved Paradise, Ft. McMurray, towns in Australia and Tasmania.
This technology is how hurricanes can make a 90-180 deg turns or how it can come back and hit a second time.
It will continue until people wake up and start getting angry. Ignoring it gives them permission to continue. We must tell everyone we know. We must stop this before all crops are destroyed and more people lose everything they have worked for.
Oh I'd advise doing an experiment where you put aluminum in the microwave...
And really amazing unpredictable weather can happen from this.
