K means King, Q means Queen, R means Rook, B means Bishop and N means Knight. So, if you write Be5, it means that the Bishop moved to the square e5. If you write Bxe5, it means that the Bishop moved to the square e5 and took a piece. Also, the pawns are called by the square where they move or they are, e.g.: b5, c6, d7.
